Through The Looking Glass: Adventures and Lessons In Creative Enterprise
Friday 9th July 2010. Sheffield. Barnsley. Rotherham.

Through The Looking Glass is an exciting full-day learning experience where participants are encouraged to uncover for themselves what makes a great creative entrepreneur, and make a film about it! Using some of the best new technologies, each 5 person crew will make a 2 minute film investigating specific social enterprise issues.
In the first session of the day they will have the opportunity to visit 3 projects which have been supported by the Creative Exchange: South Yorkshire programme, and engage with the people who have made these projects possible.
Lunch will consist of a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party; full of delicacies and delights – beware that things may not always be as they appear…
During the afternoon, the film segments will be brought together to create two 10 minute films. The films will then be given their premiere in a special screening at the end of the day, whilst similarly being uploaded into the virtual world.
Programme consists of:
• Entry to Wonderland, Sheffield
• Visit to The Hive Gallery, Barnsley
• Visit to JADE, Rotherham
• Lunch at The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party – Imperial Buildings, Rotherham
• Afternoon film-making session, Sheffield
• Film Screening
