The Cube
South Yorkshire's first bespoke 'live/work' scheme
The Cube is South Yorkshire's first bespoke live/work scheme, set in the heart of Sheffield's Cultural Industries Quarter
The Cube is an innovative live/work model in the centre of Sheffield developed by the Cultural Industries Quarter Agency (CIQA) in partnership with Derwent Living Housing Association and is funded by the Regional Housing Board in association with Sheffield City Council.
There are 10 self contained offices on the ground floor ranging from 388 sq ft to 722 sq ft and 3 floors of apartments above. These apartments can be rented by the office tenants so you can live and work in the same building. Each office has floor to ceiling windows, giving ample natural light. They come complete with carpeting, blinds, data points and power sockets enabling you to move in and start your business with the minimum of fuss. Each office is self contained with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, secure car parking, bike store and decked area to the rear.
The building sits on the corner of Shoreham Street and Brittain Street, 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations and the heart of the city centre, the Cube has been specifically designed for those who want a flexible approach to how they organise their work and home life. One of the great advantages of being located in the Cultural Industries Quarter is the huge range of networking, seminars, social and business events held throughout the year. Being part of a vibrant and regionally significant business community makes a big difference to a growing company.
